This challenge invites you to take 15 minutes daily to walk at least 3 times a week.
• Wake up 15 minutes early and walk to your treadmill or outdoors.
• Get to work 15 minutes early to get a quick walk in before you start your day.
• Walk after lunch to aid in digestion and transition back to work.
• Skip the nap and take a walk.
• Take the kids outside for a walk in the fresh air.
• Catch up on phone calls while walking.
• Invite a friend, neighbor, spouse, co-worker or your dog to walk with you.
Remember to wear comfortable shoes and drink water before, during and after exercise. Do not forget to stretch.
