- Junior - Arnold Schwarzenegger stars as Dr. Alex Hesse in this 1994 flick. As part of a fertility research project, Dr. Hess agrees to carry a pregnancy in his own body.
- Rabbit Test - Billy Crystal debuts in this 1978 flick about the character Lionel Carpenter. Lionel becomes the world's first pregnant man after a one-night stand on top of a pinball table. Rabbit Test was directed by Joan Rivers.
- That Man is Pregnant! - This 1972 flick satires the women's lib movement. Directed by Simon Nuchtern, the movie features a radical extremist organization that kidnaps a male police officer to make him pregnant. Once successful, they release the cop without telling him of his condition!
- A Slightly Pregnant Man - A male Parisian driving school teacher sees his doctor and is pronounced four months pregnant. An international media frenzy and plenty of laughs ensue. This a French movie, released in 1973.
- UFO: The Movie - Featuring British comedian Roy "Chubby" Brown, this lead character is also abducted by a group of radical feminists. One of his punishments is becoming pregnant.
